This FORM 48V 15A golf cart charger is intended for compatible Yamaha G29 Drive and Drive2 carts using the matching Yamaha Drive charging connector. Unlike many replacement chargers that are limited to flooded lead-acid batteries, this model is described for lead-acid, AGM, and LiFePO4 battery systems when the battery pack’s charging requirements match the charger. That does not make it universally safe for every 48V lithium conversion: battery maximum charge voltage, BMS requirements, connector wiring, and the battery manufacturer’s approved profile still need to be checked. Automatic charging transitions into a maintenance mode after the supported pack reaches full charge. The charger also uses a cooling fan, weather-resistant internal coating, and more than 14 feet of combined cabling for placement flexibility.
