This charger combines selectable 36V and 48V modes with adjustable current for compatible Club Car DS and Precedent charging systems. Maximum output is listed at 18A for 36V batteries and 13A for 48V batteries, with lower current selections available for packs that require a gentler charging rate.
An LCD display provides charging voltage, current, temperature, and percentage information. The charger uses staged automatic charging and moves into a maintenance mode after normal charging. Internal cooling and protection functions cover common charging faults such as over-current, over-voltage, short circuit, reverse connection, and overheating.
Multi-voltage chargers require deliberate setup. Confirm the pack voltage, battery chemistry, manufacturer-approved charging voltage, BMS current limit where applicable, and the cart OBC arrangement before charging. A matching three-pin plug does not by itself guarantee compatibility.
