It includes two compact terminal-cleaning brushes along with red and green anti-corrosion fiber washers. The brushes use metal bristles to remove oxidation and corrosion from battery posts, cable clamps, adapters, and related connections so the contact surfaces can be cleaned before reassembly.

The fiber washers are color coded for positive and negative posts and sit around the battery terminals after cleaning. Their purpose is to help reduce corrosion buildup around the connection area.
