EZGO RXV Dimensions, Weight and Specs

A current two-passenger E-Z-GO RXV is roughly 92.5 to 93 inches long, about 45 to 46.5 inches wide and about 68.5 to 70.5 inches high with a roof, depending on gas or ELiTE lithium configuration. Wheelbase is around 65.3 to 65.7 inches. Newer four-passenger RXV models are substantially longer.

Current RXV fleet dimensions

Specification 13.5-hp gas RXV ELiTE lithium RXV
Overall length 92.5 in 93 in
Overall width 45 in 46.5 in
Height with roof 68.5 in 70.5 in
Wheelbase 65.7 in 65.3 in
Ground clearance Varies by current package Varies by current package
Curb weight About 747 lb About 622 lb

These are current fleet specifications. Earlier RXV generations and personal-use packages can have slightly different dimensions and equipment.

2026 RXV 2 weight varies by battery package

E-Z-GO’s 2026 RXV 2 specifications show approximately 969 pounds curb weight for certain 48V lead-acid configurations and about 651 pounds for the listed lithium configuration. That is a major difference for trailer payload, service lifting and storage planning.

RXV 4 is longer than RXV 2

Current four-passenger RXV models can measure roughly 110.5 to 114.7 inches long depending on trim and powertrain, while width remains around 46.5 to 47 inches. Roof height can be around 74 to 75 inches. A factory RXV 4 should therefore not be transported or covered using a two-passenger measurement.

Older RXV specifications can differ

The RXV has been produced since 2008. During that time E-Z-GO changed engines, battery systems, body packages, wheels and personal/fleet configurations. For exact service data, use the manual for the model year and powertrain rather than applying current specifications to an older cart.

Rear seats can change the footprint

A two-passenger RXV with an aftermarket rear seat may have a different overall length from a factory RXV 4. Rear footplates, grab bars, hitches and extended roofs can add more length. Measure the finished vehicle before buying a trailer or fitted cover.

Lifted RXV models need separate measurements

A suspension lift and larger tires increase overall height and ground clearance. Lifted factory packages can also use different wheels and tires from standard RXV models. Garage-door clearance should be checked from the ground to the tallest fixed point of the actual cart.

Wheelbase does not tell the whole story

The two-passenger RXV wheelbase is in the mid-65-inch range, but overall length includes front and rear body overhang. A rear seat can add substantial length without changing the original wheelbase, so use overall dimensions for trailer and storage decisions.

RXV vs TXT size

TXT and RXV two-passenger carts have similar basic footprints. That does not make body or suspension parts interchangeable. The platforms use different chassis and mechanical layouts.

Compare them in our EZGO TXT vs RXV guide, or see EZGO TXT dimensions and weight for the other platform.

Confirm the exact RXV before buying size-sensitive parts

Windshields, roofs, enclosures, covers, rear seats and transport equipment depend on physical fit. Use the model year and passenger configuration, then measure the actual vehicle if it has been modified.

Bottom line

For a current two-passenger RXV, roughly 93 inches long with a wheelbase around 65.5 inches is a useful starting point. Weight can vary by hundreds of pounds between lead-acid, lithium and gas versions, and factory four-passenger models are much longer. Use the exact model’s specification sheet whenever payload or clearance matters.
